About the Position
We are looking for a SAP Consultant (DRC) to shape SAP S/4HANA Document and Reporting Compliance and deliver compliant e-invoicing per local statutory rules. You will partner with business stakeholders to implement and refine DRC configurations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong documentation across releases. Responsibilities
- Configure and tailor SAP S/4HANA Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) to deliver end-to-end electronic invoicing for a specific country/region aligned with statutory requirements
- Maintain country-specific DRC setup, including Define Compliance Reporting Framework, Assign Company Codes and Activate Business Functions
- Set up eDocument types and mappings
- Implement output determination and message control configuration
- Maintain XML schemas and format mappings
- Establish communication arrangements with SAP Cloud Integration to connect with tax authority or government platforms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify financial requirements
- Communicate complex technical topics clearly to non-technical users
- Identify opportunities for process improvements proactively
- Align solutions with SAP Finance best practices and keep implementations current
- Document system configurations and related processes thoroughly
- Complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with minimal defects within agreed project timelines
Requirements
- Proven software development experience of 5+ years
- Solid knowledge of Parallel Accounting using a ledgers-based approach
- Deep expertise in DRC functionality, including e-invoicing and local reporting configuration
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting
- Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform
- Competency in SAP Controlling
