About the Position
SAP Consultant SuccessFactors - Time Tracking (m/w/d)
We are seeking an SAP Consultant SuccessFactors - Time Tracking to join our team in Troisdorf, Germany, specializing in HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors.
Responsibilities
After your onboarding, your tasks will include:
- Planning, implementing, and managing our SAP SuccessFactors projects with the team
- Supporting and advising companies throughout all project phases: from pre-sales, concept, implementation, training, testing, go-live to hypercare
- Designing HR processes by modeling state-of-the-art processes and steering the implementation in the system with your colleagues
- Advising GAMBIT's clients on the ideal mix of standard processes and customization
- Sharing your knowledge with colleagues and clients
- Shaping the expansion of the SuccessFactors area in strategic and operational terms as a Lead Consultant or functional manager
- Supporting (future) clients in pre-sales tasks or account management
Requirements
The following skills, experiences, and competencies would be perfect:
- Deep understanding of HR requirements from master data, legal requirements of time management, and translating them into technical solutions
- Several years of professional experience in HR projects or HR digitalization and a successful degree from a university of applied sciences or university
- Your in-depth knowledge allows you to answer technical and procedural questions and implement suitable solutions
- Experience from national and international projects and successful work as a functional manager (stream lead) or lead consultant in the area of time tracking
- Enthusiasm for new challenges and staying informed about current trends in HR and digitalization
- Certifications in SF Time Tracking and ideally also in Employee Central
- Strong analytical and communication skills and a convincing, performance-oriented, conceptual, and presentation-strong personality
- Fluent in German and English and able to communicate confidently with technical departments and executives
