Responsibilities
As a SAP Consultant - Team Lead you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants in a specific module (FI, CO, SD, MM, PS, PM, etc.).
- Manage SAP implementations, rollouts, and optimization projects.
- Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and provide strategic SAP solutions.
- Oversee system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Ensure SAP best practices are followed, enhancing system efficiency and performance.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
- Provide guidance on SAP S/4HANA transformations and cloud migrations.
Requirements
What would make you a fit for the role:
- 8+ years of experience in SAP consulting across various modules.
- Proven experience in leading SAP teams or projects.
- Strong expertise in SAP configuration, customization, and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, deadlines, and project deliverables.
- Availability to travel if needed.
