About the Position
We are looking for a SAP CPQ Consultant to join the team responsible for the design, implementation, and support of SAP CPQ solutions within the Market 2 Cash (M2C) process. The role focuses on product configuration, pricing, and quoting tailored to the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to the Market 2 Cash process, focusing on product configuration, pricing, and quoting
- Design, configure, and implement SAP CPQ solutions tailored to the manufacturing industry's needs
- Integrate SAP CPQ with SAP S/4HANA, CRM, and other relevant systems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, sales, and IT teams to ensure alignment of CPQ solutions with business objectives
- Develop and execute test plans, conduct user training, and provide post-implementation support
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CPQ processes and integrations
- Document functional and technical specifications, process flows, and user guides
- Stay updated on SAP CPQ best practices, new features, and industry trends
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in SAP CPQ and SAP Customer Experience
- Understanding of the Market 2 Cash process, including product configuration, pricing, and quoting
- Knowledge of integrating SAP CPQ with SAP S/4HANA, CRM, and other relevant systems
- Background in designing and implementing CPQ solutions for the manufacturing industry
- Capability to gather business requirements, develop test plans, and deliver user training
- Proficiency in documenting functional and technical specifications, process flows, and user guides
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Mendix
- Knowledge of SAP HANA Cloud
- Skills in SAP IBP
