Join our team as a SAP CS Consultant (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP CS (Customer Service), SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), and SAP MM (Materials Management) solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to implementation, go-live, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, integrated SAP solutions.
• Provide technical and functional support to clients, troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities to optimize business processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP configurations and solutions.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end users and internal teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the effective use of SAP solutions.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience with SAP CS (Customer Service).
• Proven experience in full-cycle SAP CS implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP CS configuration and business processes.
• Experience with SAP PM, SAP MM, SAP SD, or other related SAP modules will be an advantage.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Availability to travel to the United States (USA), when required.
