SAP CS Consultant Project Lead (m/f/d)

About the Position

We are looking for a SAP CS Consultant Project Lead (m/f/d) to join Körber Porto, Unipessoal Lda. in Porto, PT. This role involves leading and coordinating IT and SAP projects across the Körber Group, ensuring successful delivery in terms of scope, timeline, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT and SAP projects across the Körber Group.
• Consult and support internal customers with a focus on project governance and solution delivery.
• Analyze business processes and develop integrated end-to-end solution architectures.
• Drive and oversee system customization, configuration, and continuous optimization activities.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements engineering activities, and cross-functional solution design sessions.
• Manage SAP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades, including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Ensure high system reliability and user satisfaction through proactive support and structured issue management.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives leveraging SAP S/4HANA, cloud solutions, Salesforce, and modern integration technologies.
• Optimize Order-to-Cash and Service processes, including pricing, billing, returns, and logistics integration.
• Support SAP platform standardization and the development of scalable global templates.

Requirements

• Professional experience in SAP consulting and/or IT project delivery.
• Solid expertise in SAP S/4HANA and at least one SAP module such as SD, CS, or TM.
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience taking architectural responsibility and leading functional workstreams or sub-projects in international environments.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end business processes spanning SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Practical experience with SAP customization, configuration, and the integration of complex business processes.
• Experience guiding international and cross-functional teams while managing diverse stakeholder groups.
• Clear and structured communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into understandable business outcomes.
• Effective conflict management skills to support productive results and sustainable solutions.
• Ideally, experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, SAP BTP, Fiori, APIs, or EDI integrations.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are considered an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%.
