Project Description
For a large SAP S/4HANA Greenfield transformation program, we are currently looking for an experienced SAP CS Functional & Technical Consultant (m/f/d).
Our client operates in the Energy and Automation sector and is implementing a global SAP S/4HANA template, followed by multiple international rollouts.
The consultant will support Retrofit delivery and post-implementation enhancements, ensuring that Customer Service processes are optimized and aligned with the global template.
Responsibilities
Retrofit Delivery & Post-Implementation Enhancements
- Execute Retrofit activities for SAP Customer Service processes
- Analyze functional gaps identified during the implementation phase
- Design and implement enhancement solutions aligned with the global template
- Configure SAP CS functionalities related to service management, service orders, and maintenance activities
- Support testing and validation of enhancements
Integration & Compliance
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP CS and other modules such as SD, PM, and logistics systems
- Maintain connectivity between SAP S/4HANA and related applications
- Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements
Technical Expertise & Support
- Provide deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP Customer Service processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising from retrofit activities
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Maintain system documentation and configuration records
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer and documentation updates
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP CS
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts
- Strong understanding of service management and maintenance processes
- Experience working in international SAP transformation programs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Hungarian and English
