SAP EAM Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, gather business requirements, and design end-to-end EAM/PM and CS processes.
• Configure S/4HANA EAM and ECC PM core features: Technical Objects, Maintenance Notifications/Orders, Task Lists, Plans, Refurbishment, and Serial Numbers.
• Utilize S/4HANA Fiori apps for maintenance planning, capacity management, and backlog execution.
• Handle cross-module integration with MM, QM, FI/CO, PS, and EHS.
• Prepare project documentation, WRICEF specifications, test scripts, and end-user training materials.
• Execute data cleansing, transformation, and migration (LSMW, S/4HANA Migration Cockpit).

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on SAP EAM/PM experience, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations or major rollouts.
• Deep knowledge of SAP PM/EAM core processes, master data, and integration touchpoints (MM, QM, FI/CO).
• Strong documentation skills, data migration expertise (LSMW, Migration Cockpit), and familiarity with Agile/SAP Activate delivery.
• Ability to lead business workshops, manage stakeholders, and bridge functional requirements with technical execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP CS / Service Management in S/4HANA (Public/Private Cloud).
• Knowledge of advanced EAM solutions, including WCM, Warranty Claim Management, Mobile EAM, Fleet Management, or Linear Asset Management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Asset Manager, APM/ASPM, AIN, or Resource Scheduling.
• Basic ABAP debugging skills, understanding of BAdIs/CDS views, and experience with SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager.
• SAP S/4HANA Asset Management certification; experience in asset-intensive industries (Utilities, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing).
