LRS Consulting Services is seeking a SAP FICO Analyst with a client of ours based in St. Louis. This is a contract-to-hire position with a conversion salary up to $120k + bonus.

Our client is seeking an SAP FI-CO Analyst to assist with enhancements and projects. This role will be responsible for project delivery, production support, maintenance, and configuration of our client's solutions and related third-party bolt-on systems globally. This Analyst will use their technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, documents, and clarifies business requirements from the end users.
• Collaborates with other SAP functional analysts to review requirements and develop possible solutions.
• Ensures functional requirements are clear and align with business requirements.
• Maintains existing system functionality while initiating new SAP features and other software applications.
• Maintains non-SAP Financial Systems such as Concur for T&E and Readsoft for Invoice OCR and Approval, Vertex, Blackline, etc.
• Collaborates with business users in requirement gathering, design, and deployment of new or improved business processes.
• Researches and resolves problems.
• Tests business processes and customized functionality during SAP migrations, upgrades, etc.
• Advises on the management of configuration and testing across the SAP environment.
• Works with key business users to configure and modify SAP to meet business requirements using Best Practices.
• Translates overall business process design established during blueprinting to SAP FICO configuration.
• Helps ensure a global solution using as much SAP standard design is implemented.
• Works with the legacy system team to design, test, and implement data exchange interfaces for SAP projects.
• Creates design and training documentation.
• Performs unit and quality testing. Works with users to achieve favorable user test acceptance.
• Works with the rest of the Financial Applications team to investigate and resolve service tickets.
• Manages projects of small to medium size and scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (preferably Finance or Systems).
• 4+ years' experience with SAP FI-CO.
• Experience with S4 HANA basic configuration.
• Ability to use project management methodologies.
• Must have experience working with and presenting to business counterparts.
• Experience collaborating with business users to gather requirements, design, and deployment of new or improved business processes.
• Knowledge of the key integration points with other SAP modules and key design implications is a plus.
• Knowledge of non-SAP financial systems to manage invoice OCR and approvals, and expense reports is a plus.
• Experience with Blackline implementations preferred.
• Solid understanding of accounting, actual accounting experience is a plus.
• Experience working in a Global organization is a plus.
• Experience and knowledge in Concur, HFM, ReadSoft, or similar Invoice processing tools are a plus.
• Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal).

Salary

The base range for this contract position is $52.00 - $78.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
