Act as a trusted partner to Finance stakeholders, delivering technology solutions that enable strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
Play a key role in Finance transformation initiatives by modernizing processes, improving automation, and enhancing user experience.
Ensure the reliability, governance, and continuous improvement of critical Finance systems across a global organization.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the Finance & Controlling applications roadmap in alignment with business priorities, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture.
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of Finance applications, including enhancements, upgrades, integrations, support, and decommissioning.
Ensure high levels of application availability, performance, and service quality, particularly during critical financial closing periods.
Partner closely with Finance teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective functional and technical solutions.
Manage and deliver Finance application projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, security standards, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations.
Oversee external vendors and service providers, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to agreed KPIs and SLAs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, innovation, and business value creation.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in SAP Finance & Controlling environments, with strong expertise in SAP FI/CO.
Solid knowledge of Finance solutions such as BFC, TM1, Readsoft/Tungsten, FIS, and Kyriba.
Proven experience in application management, project delivery, system integrations, and vendor management within international organizations.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive change across cross-functional teams.
