We’re looking to hire a SAP HCM (PY) Consultant to join our Team in digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Be part of the SAP HR team, responsible for evolutive, corrective, and adaptive maintenance in an international project, for +70 countries and +900 companies, on S4/HANA 2023 (to be migrated to RISE in October 2026).

Requirements

Strong experience in SAP HR/HCM (Human Capital Management), specifically in Payroll
Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis
English (at least B2 level)
German (at least B2 level)

Nice to Have

Portuguese
Time management with time evaluation
CATS (Cross-Application Timesheets)

Location

Portugal

Remarks: willingness to travel to Europe (Germany or France) twice a year
