About the Position

SOLCOM GmbH is seeking an experienced SAP HCM professional with a focus on Payroll and Time Management for our team in Laupheim, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Operate and further develop our SAP HCM system.
- Integrate our SAP-HCM-Lösung into the existing HR system landscape with Workday HCM and third-party systems.
- Evaluate and implement the migration to SAP HCM for S/4HANA (H4S4).
Requirements
Must-haves
- Very good experience in the SAP-HCM landscape with a focus on Time Management and Payroll.
- Experience with the Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT) modules.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with S/4 HANA (H4S4).
