SAP HCM / Success Factors Technical Consultant

The company is looking for an SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Technical Consultant for a remote project focusing on Learning Solution, E-Recruiting, and Talent Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in SAP HCM (ECC), particularly in Learning Solution, E-Recruiting, and Talent Management.
• Customize, develop, and enhance SAP systems using ABAP / ABAP OO.
• Work with WebDynpro for ABAP (Recruiter, MSS, ESS), SAP Workflow, SmartForms / Adobe Forms.
• Optimize Learning solutions with SCORM.
• Manage SAP HCM Talent Management, including Performance Management, Talent Conferences.
• Integrate HR master and organizational data between SAP and external systems.
• Utilize SAP Fiori for user interface enhancements.
• Optional: Experience with H4S4, SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession, Onboarding, SmartRecruiters), SAP Integration Suite, Work Zone.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM (ECC), particularly in Learning Solution, E-Recruiting, and Talent Management.
• Solid expertise in customizing, ABAP / ABAP OO development, and enhancements & extensions.
• Experience with WebDynpro for ABAP (Recruiter, MSS, ESS), SAP Workflow, SmartForms / Adobe Forms.
• Experience with SCORM and Learning optimization.
• Experience with SAP HCM Talent Management (incl. Performance Management, Talent Conferences).
• Integration experience (HR master and organizational data between SAP and external systems).
• Experience with SAP Fiori.
• Very good German (B2+) is mandatory.
• Recent hands-on development experience is expected.
