Your Role

As an SAP Inhouse Consultant, you will ensure accurate and compliant label management within SAP across multiple sites and product lines. You will work closely with business and IT teams to streamline label printing, template management, and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP OPAL Labelmanagement solution.
• Manage label templates, versioning, and approval workflows in SAP.
• Integrate OPAL with SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, QM) and external printing solutions.
• Support end users with label creation, printing issues, and compliance questions.
• Ensure labeling processes meet regulatory and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement improvements and new requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to label printing and OPAL system functionality.

Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP OPAL Labelmanagement or similar SAP label solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (ECC / S/4HANA) modules: MM, SD, PP, QM.
• Knowledge of label printing software (BarTender, NiceLabel, Teklynx).
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for product labeling (pharma, medical devices, food).
• SAP configuration skills and basic ABAP knowledge are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
