About the Position

SAP Manager – Value Stream & Factory

Aquafin, a company dedicated to connecting people, water, and technology, is seeking a SAP Manager – Value Stream & Factory to drive business value and process improvement in their sustainable SAP landscape.

Responsibilities

• Value Stream SAP

  • Support business owners in setting priorities, achieving process improvements, and maximizing SAP investments.
  • Translate business needs into a clear SAP roadmap with defined choices and demonstrable value.
  • Identify and stimulate process improvements.
  • Develop and follow up on the SAP roadmap.
  • Strengthen collaboration between domains and stakeholders.
  • Translate opportunities around SAP, data, AI, and automation into concrete initiatives.
  • Justify investments and changes based on business value.

• SAP Factory

  • Ensure the stability, safety, and quality of SAP services.
  • Monitor the SAP platform strategy and lifecycle.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and licenses.
  • Oversee suppliers and contracts.
  • Ensure security, compliance, audits, and segregation of duties.
  • Align capacity, releases, and dependencies with the roadmap.

Requirements

• Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in SAP Successfactors and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Advanced skills in Budget management and Vendor management.
  • Advanced skills in Business Negotiator / representative.
  • Expert in Procesverbetering, transformatie en roadmapwerking.
  • Expert in Digitale dienstverlening, lifecyclemanagement, security en compliance.
  • Intermediate skills in Artificial intelligence (AI).
  • Advanced skills in License Management.

• Languages

  • Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency.
  • English: Nice to have.

Nice to Have

• Experience with process improvement, transformation, and roadmap work.
• Experience with budget, supplier, and contract management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to provide direction without hierarchical authority.
• Affinity with innovation, data, AI, and automation.
