We are seeking an SAP O2C / P2P Business Solution Architect to join our collaborative EPAM team and work on technology-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee SAP pre-sale and implementation project governance and delivery, including requirements refinement, fit-gap analysis, process adjustments, and root cause resolution
  • Assess current customer solutions to identify potential opportunities for SAP solution implementation
  • Align and define Order-to-Cash (O2C)/Procure-to-Pay (P2P) functional requirements and IT enablers from the conceptual stage to blueprint development for SAP deployment
  • Contribute to account planning by shaping customer visions within the solution scope
  • Facilitate architecture governance and methodologies to ensure consistency across the O2C/P2P & SCM architecture domain
  • Participate as a key member of account engagement teams during the customer engagement lifecycle
  • Define and integrate elements of business, data, application, and technical O2C architecture
  • Lead the development of the target architecture and customer roadmap while maintaining alignment with SAP solutions
  • Introduce innovative solutions addressing specific customer challenges
  • Foster strong customer relationships and assist the EPAM sales team with detailed customer solution discussions
  • Stay informed about evolving O2C/P2P trends and SAP’s solution portfolio to design actionable customer roadmaps
  • Evaluate work efforts for O2C/P2P processes, organizational changes, and SAP configuration/development needs

Requirements

  • Strong capability to identify O2C/P2P-related business challenges and solution gaps and provide actionable plans
  • Strong competency to customize SAP features to address O2C/P2P-specific customer needs
  • Background in O2C/P2P business architecture, with skills in related processes, SAP solutions, and implementation methods
  • Understanding of key functionalities within SAP S/4HANA (SCM)
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting, demand planning, sales and operations planning, strategic sourcing, and distribution tactics
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both IT and business stakeholders across customer organizations

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with SAP products such as SAP S/4HANA (SCM), SAP CAR, BTP, EWM, TM, SAP IBP, ARIBA, Order Management Foundation, and related technologies
  • Knowledge of SFA and CRM operational processes within O2C contexts
  • Understanding of strategic frameworks such as 4P, pricing strategies, CVP creation, and Lean methodology for O2C
  • Familiarity with efficiency optimization strategies in overhead and inventory reduction related to P2P
  • Proficiency in IT service sales, including sales processes, account management, and go-to-market planning
  • Expertise in industry-standard frameworks: PMP, SAP Design Thinking, TOGAF
