About the Position

SAP P2P Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management, planning, monitoring, and coordination of the project. He/she ensures that the project objectives are achieved within the scope, timeline, budget, and quality requirements, and acts as the primary point of contact between Credendo and the contractor.

Responsibilities

Mobilising and leading the project team.
Drawing up and maintaining the project plan.
Coordinating all project activities and resources.
Monitoring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Acting as the central point of contact between Credendo and the supplier.
Organising and facilitating project meetings, workshops, and steering groups.
Identifying, monitoring, and mitigating project risks and issues.
Monitoring project dependencies and escalations.
Ensuring timely decisions, approvals, and deliverables.
Reporting on progress, budget utilisation, and remaining work.
Co-ordinating the transition to go-live, hypercare, and operational support.
Ensuring knowledge transfer and project closure.

Requirements

Strong project management skills.
Experience with SAP Activate or similar implementation methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with budget monitoring, risk management, and project governance.
A results-oriented and proactive attitude.

Languages

English: Full professional proficiency
Dutch: Nice to have
French: Nice to have

Desired Experience

At least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager for ERP or SAP projects.
Experience with SAP ECC implementations or optimisation programmes.
Demonstrable experience with projects of comparable scope and complexity.
