SAP Principal Application Consultant / Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead SAP implementation projects and business transformation initiatives in the Nordics. This role is pivotal in driving our clients' digital transformation journey, leveraging SAP Cloud solutions to enhance business efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP implementation projects, strategic initiatives, and consulting engagements with a focus on SAP Cloud solutions.
• Manage project delivery, governance, resource coordination, and client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams and serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders.
• Drive project planning, risk management, quality assurance, and budget control.
• Support business development, pre-sales activities, and the expansion of SAP Cloud capabilities in the Nordic market.
• Facilitate workshops, project governance, stakeholder management, and decision-making processes.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and resource planning throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate functional, technical, and global delivery teams to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP solution design.
• Advise clients on SAP Cloud adoption, ERP modernization, and process standardization.
• Leverage deep logistics and supply chain expertise to guide solution design and business transformation initiatives.
• Support organizational change, business process optimization, and adoption of SAP best practices.
• Accountable for successful project delivery and financial performance of assigned engagements.
• Contribute to proposals, estimations, statements of work, and pre-sales activities.
• Coach and mentor consultants and project team members.
• Promote Nagarro values, quality standards, and delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Typically 10-15+ years of SAP consulting and project delivery experience.
• University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven track record of leading SAP implementation projects and business transformation initiatives.
• Extensive hands-on experience within SAP Logistics, including several of the following areas: SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM, SCM, PP, TM, or related supply chain and logistics processes.
• Strong functional understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, warehouse, and supply chain processes.
• Extensive experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA across multiple industries.
• Experience with SAP ERP Cloud, including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud deployments, is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate, SAP best practices, and modern SAP delivery methodologies.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
• Strong planning, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on project leadership and functional consulting.
