Our regional structure develops, deploys, and supports cross-countries/continents solutions within the Bosch Vehicle Motion Division. We strive for lean processes and best-in-class standards and are in the middle of the digital transformation for Bosch Mobility, including the move to SAP S/4HANA.

As a member of the VM/BDO team, you will be required to use your skills and knowledge in the area of Order Management, Packaging, Pricing, Shipping, covering all Sales and Distribution processes in our SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA applications. Additionally, any experience in IT Project Management will be considered a competitive advantage.

You will be part of our regional team to drive our digital transformation projects to successful rollout implementations. You will coordinate and facilitate process standardization with other Process Experts, the Process Managers, and the IT departments.

Responsibilities

• Use skills and knowledge in Order Management, Packaging, Pricing, Shipping
• Cover all Sales and Distribution processes in SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA
• Drive digital transformation projects to successful rollout implementations
• Coordinate and facilitate process standardization with other Process Experts, Process Managers, and IT departments

Requirements

• Knowledge required:

  • EDI messaging
  • Shipping process
  • Packaging process
  • Material flows in warehousing
  • Familiar with customer invoicing

• Experience:

  • At least 4 years of functional experience with SAP SD
  • Deep process knowledge, understanding of customizing, several years of consulting and rollout experience, test management, and user support and training

• Skills:

  • Good competence concerning Sales and Distribution solutions in the automotive industry
  • Ability to coordinate a larger number of requirements and project activities, considering schedules and priorities
  • Self-organization, structured, responsible, and goal-oriented
  • Analytical thinking and the competence to design holistic, sustainable solutions
  • Good communication and presentation skills

• Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Economics, or related

• Languages:

  • Excellent command of English
