SAP Program Manager

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) and SAP Ariba implementations for our client in Denville, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP SCM and SAP Ariba implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, and within budget.
• Manage multi-disciplinary project teams with participation from various business partners, SAP function leads, SAP technical specialists, system integration specialists, and third-party vendors.
• Oversee planning, implementation, testing, go-live, and hypercare phases of SAP SCM solutions such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Coordinate the delivery of SAP Ariba solutions such as Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLP), Buying & Invoicing, and Ariba Network connections.
• Set up project management, risk management, issue resolution, status reporting, and senior leadership communication throughout all global business units and IT organizations.
• Work closely with senior business executives to plan roadmap, business needs, process improvements, and digital transformation in procurement and supply chain areas.
• Achieve seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Ariba, planning tools, third-party procurement applications, and supplier ecosystems.
• Handle project finances, resource planning, vendor agreements, change requests, and budget forecasts from start to finish.
• Coordinate testing approach, data migration, cutover process, and change management to ensure the successful implementation of the new SAP functionalities.
• Implement Agile methodology, Waterfall methodology, or both as well as comply with PMO guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent in a related field with relevant experience.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly with SAP implementations.
• Strong skills in Project Management, SAP, Agile Methodology, Waterfall Methodology, Risk Management, Issue Resolution, Status Reporting, and Communication.
