SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant

About the Position

We are looking for a SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant to lead global SAP QM support and drive consistent quality processes across business units. You will own SAP QM delivery across SAP S/4HANA and connected modules, ensuring smooth operations, strong reporting, and ongoing process improvements-apply now.

Responsibilities

• Handle global support requests from Quality Management business units
• Implement SAP processes that align with business requirements
• Coordinate incoming support requests from business departments, including SAP S/4HANA topics
• Maintain master data, oversee inspection planning, and run inspection lot processing
• Resolve complaint management cases and manage quality notifications (Quality Notification types F1–F3)
• Assess quality situations and determine quality status
• Administer calibration and inspection equipment, including maintenance plans and scheduling
• Provide reporting outputs and perform data analysis
• Execute customizing activities in SAP QM
• Partner with business units to optimize processes and ensure effective SAP QM integration

Requirements

• Proven experience of 7+ years as an SAP QM Consultant
• Advanced expertise in SAP Quality Management and SAP EWM
• Solid background in SAP modules PP, MM, and LOG with QM integration
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA support and implementation
• Deep understanding of master data management (class characteristics, inspection characteristics, inspection methods)
• Strong capability in inspection planning, inspection lot creation, and processing
• Practical familiarity with complaint management and quality notification handling
• Demonstrated skills in calibration and inspection equipment management, including maintenance plans and task lists
• Proven ability to deliver reporting, data analysis, and SAP QM customizing
• Track record of driving process optimization across teams and stakeholders
• Very good command of English (B2+ / Upper-Intermediate)
