About the Position
We are seeking a skilled SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant to support global Quality Management business units. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP QM and related modules, process optimization, and excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Process global support requests from Quality Management business units
- Implement SAP processes to meet business requirements
- Coordinate support requests from business departments, including SAP S/4HANA
- Manage master data, inspection planning, and processing of inspection lots
- Handle complaint management and quality notifications (Quality Notification types F1–F3)
- Evaluate quality situations and quality status
- Administer calibration and inspection equipment, including maintenance plans and scheduling
- Deliver reporting and data analysis
- Perform customizing in SAP QM
- Collaborate with business units to optimize processes and ensure effective SAP QM integration
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an SAP QM Consultant
- Expertise in SAP Quality Management and SAP EWM
- Background in SAP modules PP, MM, and LOG with QM integration
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA support and implementation
- Proficiency in master data management (class characteristics, inspection characteristics, inspection methods)
- Competency in inspection planning, inspection lot creation, and processing
- Familiarity with complaint management and quality notification handling
- Skills in calibration and inspection equipment management, including maintenance plans and task lists
- Capability to deliver reporting, data analysis, and SAP QM customizing
- Proven track record in process optimization
- Very good command of English (B2+)
