About the Position

SAP S/4 Principal Developer (m/f/d)

We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4 Principal Developer to join our team. In this role, you will implement customer-specific requirements, develop applications, and collaborate with an international team.

Responsibilities

• Implement customer-specific requirements within projects and support.
• Develop applications in the front end and/or back end.
• Work independently and as part of a team on customer solutions, both on-site and remotely.
• Collaborate closely with an international team of developers.
• Implement, enhance, migrate, and document ABAP applications and forms, particularly using Adobe Forms and Smart Forms.
• Provide end-to-end support for S/4HANA projects across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in various types of S/4HANA projects, such as greenfield, brownfield, and rollouts.
• Take responsibility for 2nd and 3rd level support within development services for existing customers.
• Offer technical consulting on development-related SAP topics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions using ABAP, ABAP OO, and ABAP Cloud.
• Strong background in S/4HANA projects as well as ABAP on HANA.
• Hands-on experience in API development.
• Initial exposure to RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).
• Extensive experience in form development, particularly with Adobe Forms and Smart Forms.
• Familiarity with S/4 Output Management and BRF+.
• Strong language skills in German (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher).
