For our client, we are looking for candidates for the position of:

SAP Technical Support Consultant

Responsibilities:

Managing SAP incidents on 1st and 2nd Level Support
Definition and coordination of support processes in the SAP area
Maintenance and enhancement of existing processes
Tight and active communication with international SAP Teams

Requirements:

At least 3 years of SAP consulting experience
Proven expertise in ABAP language including object-oriented development
Good knowledge of ITIL procedures, in particular processes in incident management
Fluent English
Experience in SAP Basis or EDI area will be a strong asset
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
