About the Position
SAP VC Consultant
We are looking for a SAP VC Consultant to join our international tech firm, specializing in engineering services, embedded software, IoT solutions, and technical communication. Our company supports industrial enterprises in digitalization, product design, and production optimization, employing over 3,400 experts worldwide, including in Poland. We focus on creating practical, scalable, and sustainable solutions developed from industrial project experiences.
Work Model: 100% remote.
Project: Currently, we are recruiting for a project based on the Configure-to-Order (CTO) model, supported by the standard SAP configurator, extended with the Crealis solution. The person in this role will be responsible for developing and maintaining variant configuration models, ensuring their quality, stability, and scalability in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and optimizing SAP Variant Configuration models
- Working in Configure-to-Order (CTO) scenarios
- Configuring and maintaining: characteristics and classes, object dependencies, constraints, and procedures
- Analyzing and solving problems related to configuration logic
- Supporting integration with the sales (SD) area and production processes (depending on the context)
- Collaborating with business and technical teams
- Sharing expert knowledge and best practices within the project team
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP Variant Configuration
- Experience with classic LO-VC (ECC and S/4HANA environments)
- Experience in Configure-to-Order (CTO) projects
- Practical knowledge of the Crealis configurator or similar solutions based on the standard configurator
- Very good knowledge of characteristics and classes, object dependencies, constraints, and procedures
- Experience in working with the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module and integration with production – welcome
- Independence, responsibility, and a proactive approach
- Fluent English for working in an international environment
