Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Operations team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This role requires 7-9 years of total experience in an inbound/outbound international voice/chat process, with at least 2+ years in a frontline leadership role with direct team responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead international voice/chat processes with a focus on service orientation and customer satisfaction.
- Manage priorities and escalations effectively.
- Utilize strong analytical and presentation skills to deliver effective presentations.
- Foster a positive attitude and promote teamwork and camaraderie.
- Solve problems with an excellent eye for detail.
- Proficient in MS-office applications and experienced with call monitoring systems such as CMS, Gen Cloud, and Salesforce.
Requirements
- 7-9 years of experience in inbound/outbound international voice/chat processes.
- At least 2+ years in a frontline leadership role.
- Strong customer focus and service orientation.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS-office applications.
- Experience with call monitoring systems (CMS / Gen Cloud & Salesforce).
Nice to Have
- Additional experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with other cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions.
