Description
We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of SBS - Teledata 168335 in our Operations department. This position requires 7-9 years of total experience in an inbound/outbound international voice/chat process, with at least 2+ years in a frontline leadership role with direct team responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead international voice/chat processes with a focus on service orientation and customer satisfaction.
- Manage priorities and escalations effectively.
- Utilize strong analytical and presentation skills to deliver impactful presentations.
- Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Foster a positive attitude and promote teamwork and camaraderie.
- Solve problems with an excellent eye for detail.
Requirements
- 7-9 years of total experience in inbound/outbound international voice/chat processes.
- At least 2+ years in a frontline leadership role with direct team responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS-office applications.
- Exposure to a call monitoring system (CMS / Gen Cloud & Salesforce).
