WHAT YOU'LL DO

• 日本の既存顧客に対するカスタマープログラムの設計、実行
• 各種ツール、ウェビナー、ユーザーグループ等を通じて多数の顧客と関わり、顧客のエンゲージメントと利用定着化を促進する
• Box のチャネルパートナーと密接に連携し、お客様と効率的に関わる
• Box 製品の特徴や機能に関するお客様からの質問に対応する
• 顧客のワークフローに Box を効果的に統合する方法や、ユースケースの包括的な理解を深める
• 顧客の解約につながる指標を理解し、顧客データやレポート等を活用・分析する
• オンラインコラボレーション、ソーシャルネットワーキング、エンタープライズ2.0 の分野と Box モデルを習得する

WHO YOU ARE

私たちは「AIファースト」の企業です。

• 1 年以上の関連業務のご経験
• 様々な媒体（電話、電子メール、ウェビナー、デジタルマーケティングツールなど）を使って、多数の顧客とコミュニケーションをすることに慣れていること
• 顧客エンゲージメントを向上させるための斬新なアイデアを持つ、チームプレーヤー
• 顧客の満足度を高めるために、顧客と密接に関わることが好きな方
• ペースの速い環境で活躍し、変化に対応できる方
• 物事を率先して成し遂げることができる方
• 日本語ビジネスレベル。英語力はあれば尚可
• デジタルマーケティングの経験をお持ちの方は、尚可
