About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Underwriting & Claims Expert to manage and resolve outstanding claims independently within the claims department. This role aims to reduce the backlog and ensure efficient processing of claim dossiers.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle and resolve outstanding claim dossiers.
• Assess received documentation and additional information.
• Conduct correspondence with policyholders, intermediaries, and other involved parties.
• Determine coverage and compensation within applicable guidelines.
• Administratively process and close dossiers.
