For 15 years, we have been developing digital training programs that are proven to enhance cognitive performance and are easily accessible to people worldwide. Today, our health app NeuroNation is available in 13 different languages and is used by over 30 million people. Our cognitive therapy program, NeuroNation MED, has been permanently approved as a digital health application by the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices and supports approximately one-quarter of all patients with mild cognitive impairment (ICD-10 F06.7) in Germany. Our long-term goal is to establish the first virtual clinic for cognitive and mental health.

Responsibilities

• Improve the training experience and the exercises of our mobile and web app by making NeuroNation as effective and engaging as possible
• Continuously incorporate the latest findings from neuroscience by reading scientific papers and learning from concepts that have been proven to have impact on clinical outcomes
• Apply User Research and Usability Testing to learn how we can best help users and patients, and define useful features and visual concepts
• Collaborate with our scientific partners from various universities and clinics to run successful clinical trials with NeuroNation
• Analyse massive amounts of data continuously collected from millions of users to drive optimal decisions in product development
• Run A/B tests to experiment with new ideas
• Be your own user, assure the quality of the product, and become one of the experts for cognitive training
• Live with a Growth mindset - constantly look for learning opportunities for yourself and the team
• Work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Business Intelligence, Customer Care, and CRM
• Join the Growth and Product teams to collaboratively help millions of users and patients to stay fit

Requirements

• Deep personal interest in BRAIN TRAINING and SELF-IMPROVEMENT
• At least 2 years of working experience in Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or related fields
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both German and English
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Deep interest in analysing engagement, retention, and other behavioural data
• Well-organised with good project management skills. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Team-player who loves to help out colleagues

• Experience with Games or Gamification
• Experience or talent with UX or Visual Design
• Knowledge of SQL, R, or Python
• PhD in Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, or Psychology
