About the Position
We are seeking a Scrum Master to join a leading Swedish public transportation company in Göteborg or Skövde. The role involves leading agile work, facilitating change, and optimizing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead and support the team in optimizing their processes and coaching team members to work to their best potential.
- Scrum Activities: Facilitate meaningful and effective scrum activities, including Daily Stand-Up, Planning, and Retrospective meetings.
- Method Development: Lead, test, and drive the development of the work method forward.
- Mentorship: Act as a mentor and guide the team on how to use agile methods and principles to deliver value.
- Coordination: Coordinate and help to visualize and remove obstacles for the team.
- Strategic Support: Support and spar with the team and relevant departments to achieve common goals at both strategic and operational levels.
Requirements
- Experience: Several years of documented work experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
- Education: Relevant education from college/university.
- Languages: Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Personal Suitability: Proactive, innovative, problem-solving, and analytical.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently, be flexible, humble, and responsive.
Nice to Have
- Facilitation Skills: Strong facilitation skills.
- Coaching Skills: Experience in coaching team members.
- Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities.
We Offer
- Location: Placement in Göteborg or Skövde.
- Contract Type: Time-limited to 6/12 months full-time with the possibility of renewal.
