About the Position
We are seeking a Scrum Master for a global IT outsourcing firm, specializing in cloud-based and mobile applications. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision for our clients. This role requires 2+ years of experience in a hybrid work setup, proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, and B2C environments.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the delivery of high-quality software by driving Agile principles.
- Organize and facilitate core Scrum events, ensuring they are productive and outcome-focused.
- Remove impediments that block the team’s progress.
- Coach the Scrum Team on Agile values, principles, and practices.
- Partner with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.
- Track sprint progress using Agile tools such as JIRA.
- Maintain project documentation in collaboration with other teams.
- Encourage continuous improvement and facilitate discussions and retrospectives.
- Participate in risk management activities.
- Promote open communication, trust, and collaboration.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH).
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Background or working knowledge of.NET, Java, ReactJS, and SQL.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to document and explain technical details clearly.
Nice to Have
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in software development or testing.
We Offer
- Salary of ₱75,000.
- Monthly transportation allowance of ₱4,000.
- ₱3,600 monthly de minimis non-taxable allowance.
