Match Profiler is an Information Systems consulting firm, working in the national and international market since 1999. We are empowered with multidisciplinary competences and know-how in IT, which allow us to contribute, optimize and move forward with our clients.

We are currently seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in Lisboa.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives)
• Ensure adherence to Scrum practices and principles
• Act as a servant leader for the Scrum Team
• Remove impediments and foster collaboration

Requirements

• Certificação de Scrum Master e em SAFe
• Pelo menos 6 anos de experiência profissional
• Pelo menos 2 anos de experiência como Scrum Master e a trabalhar em desenvolvimento de software
• 2x por semana no escritório mandatórias (Lisboa – Bairro Alto)
