Responsibilities
- Experience and certification in SCRUM
- Experience in organizing SCRUM meetings, such as retrospectives, sprint reviews, and sprint planning, etc.
- Experience in working closely with: development team, product owner, etc.
- Knowledge administering the product backlog in partnership with the product owner and the development team as part of the backlog refinement
- Experience in motivating and coaching teams to perform at their best
- Ability to communicate in English
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Skills: SCRUM, English
