Description of the Position
In the context of managing high-stakes digital projects, ALTEN is strengthening its product management activities in the Toulouse region.
To reinforce its Digital division, the ALTEN group is recruiting a Scrum Master.
Main Missions
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, review, retrospective) and team dynamics
- Support the development team in applying agile principles and continuous improvement
- Identify and remove obstacles that may impact the smooth running of sprints
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure product objectives are met
- Monitor performance indicators and adapt practices accordingly
Qualifications
Education / Experience
- Graduated from an engineering school or holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, project management, or equivalent
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Proficiency in collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.)
- Good understanding of software development cycles
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) appreciated
Personal Qualities
- Natural leadership and facilitator role
- Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy
- Ability to listen and manage conflicts
- Analytical mindset and pragmatism
Languages and Mobility
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken essential)
- Position based in Toulouse – Occasional travel may be required depending on projects
