Description of the Role

In the context of leading high-stakes digital projects, ALTEN is strengthening its product management activities in the Toulouse region.

To reinforce its Digital division, the ALTEN group is recruiting a Scrum Master.

Main Missions

Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, review, retrospective) and team dynamics
Support the development team in applying agile principles and continuous improvement
Identify and remove obstacles that may impact the smooth running of sprints
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure product objectives are met
Monitor performance indicators and adapt practices accordingly

Qualifications

Education / Experience

Graduated from an engineering school or holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, project management, or equivalent

Technical Skills

Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
Proficiency in collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.)
Good understanding of software development cycles
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) appreciated

Personal Qualities

Natural leadership and facilitator role
Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy
Ability to listen and manage conflicts
Analytical mindset and pragmatism

Languages and Mobility

Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken essential)
Position based in Toulouse – Occasional travel may be required depending on projects
