About the Position
Scrum Master / Delivery Manager
Qualysoft is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Delivery Manager to support our agile teams and ensure smooth, successful project delivery.
This role involves moderating agile processes, coordinating delivery scopes, and managing risks-all without requiring programming skills.
The position is in a hybrid, cross-functional environment. Fluency in German is mandatory, and experience in the telecommunications industry is highly advantageous. On-site work is preferred.
Salary: €400 - €480 per day
Responsibilities
- Moderation and steering of agile processes according to Scrum and/or Kanban
- Conducting and leading agile ceremonies (Daily, Review, Retro, Planning, etc.)
- Supporting teams as a Servant Leader and removing impediments
- Taking on the role of Delivery Manager / Project Manager to coordinate schedules, milestones, and dependencies
- Close collaboration with Product Owners, development teams, architects, functional departments, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring transparency through regular reporting on progress, risks, and status
- Promoting continuous improvement processes within the teams
- Ensuring efficient and productive collaboration in line with company goals
- Supporting cross-departmental communication and coordination
- Ensuring the quality and reliability of deliveries
Requirements
- Demonstrable professional experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Project Manager
- Excellent knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence)
- No programming experience necessary-focus on agility and delivery
- Outstanding communication, moderation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in German (required due to intensive cross-departmental collaboration)
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a significant advantage
- Structured, proactive work approach and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in an international, cross-functional environment
- Willingness to be on-site (preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience in larger corporate structures or scaled agile environments
- Experience in coordinating distributed teams
- Understanding of common IT delivery processes
- Knowledge in release and risk management
