Responsibilities

Work closely with Product Owner and Business Analyst to plan and coordinate the execution and delivery of the product roadmap.
Guide team members in understanding and applying Scrum principles and values.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
Facilitate agile meetings, including sprint planning, story refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Monitor overall team performance, communicate overall status effectively, and work aggressively to resolve blockers.

Requirements

4+ years of commercial experience.
Experience working in an Agile with a deep understanding of Scrum.
Hands-on experience in all stages of the project life cycle.
Experience working with web or mobile applications/products.
Prior software development or design experience is a plus.
Familiarity with product development techniques and agile software development methodology.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Great team player with respect for others, yet able to work independently.
Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
Location – Lviv.

.Net 6+, EntityFramework, MsSQL Server, Redis, Azure AD, React 18, Tailwind, Storybook, Vite, Typescript – SOLID, OOP and OOD.
