Job Description
You will be working with our clients in the public sector, including Ministries, ZBOs, and municipalities. Your role will involve guiding and coaching multiple Scrum teams and Product Owners to help these teams perform optimally and deliver value to citizens. You will assist them in understanding and applying the principles of SAFe, Agile, and Scrum in their daily work. Additionally, you will support the organization of user input and stakeholder management through demos, sprint reviews, daily scrums, and retrospectives. Given the complexity and dynamic nature of the environment, you must be capable of operating in a multifaceted and ever-changing landscape.
The teams deal with numerous dependencies, both business and technical. You will ensure effective communication and collaboration among teams, enabling them to quickly identify and overcome obstacles. You will also look beyond technical aspects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the teams and helping them optimize this process. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the development and professionalization of the Release Train and the Scrum Master domain at our clients.
Responsibilities
- Guide and coach multiple Scrum teams and Product Owners.
- Help teams understand and apply SAFe, Agile, and Scrum principles.
- Support stakeholder management through various Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within teams.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and challenge the status quo.
- Contribute to the professionalization of the Release Train and Scrum Master domain.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in the public sector.
- Preferably experience in guiding multiple Scrum teams in an Agile Release Train.
- Experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe/Agile environment, with knowledge of DevOps preferred.
- At least PSM I & II certification.
- Active contribution to agile transformations and experience in guiding teams through change processes.
- Experience in creating support for teams, management, and stakeholders regarding agile methodologies.
- SAFe Scrum Master certification (or willingness to obtain it).
- At least a HBO or WO degree.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
