About the Position

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team in Porto or remotely. Manage SCRUM ceremonies, mentor teams, and enjoy a competitive salary package.

Responsibilities

Organize SCRUM ceremonies such as retrospectives, sprint reviews, and sprint planning.
Interact with development teams, product owners, and manage product backlog.
Mentor and coach teams.
Utilize good analytical and critical thinking skills.

Requirements

2+ years of experience and certification in SCRUM.
Previous programming experience.
Experience in interacting with development teams, product owners, etc.
Knowledge of product backlog management (in partnership with the product owner and the development team).
Good analytical and critical thinking, oriented to solutions and cause analysis.
Good communication skills.
Experience in mentoring and coaching.
Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
Fluent in English.
