About the Position

For our teams in Böblingen, we are seeking an experienced Scrum Master (SAFe) (m/f/x) to support agile teams within a SAFe environment and enable the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives. The role focuses on facilitating Scrum and SAFe practices, supporting Product Increment execution, managing dependencies and impediments, and fostering effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders. The successful candidate will help drive team performance, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with Agile and SAFe principles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement).
• Support Agile teams in delivering committed Product Increment (PI) and Sprint objectives.
• Identify, track, and help remove impediments, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
• Facilitate and support SAFe events, including PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Monitor and communicate team progress, capacity, and delivery metrics.
• Promote continuous improvement and adherence to Agile and SAFe practices.
• Foster effective collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and other Agile Release Train (ART) participants.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Practical experience working within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean-Agile principles, and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience supporting cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across teams.
• Experience facilitating PI Planning and other SAFe ceremonies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence, Miro.
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification.
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
• Experience in large-scale Agile delivery organizations.
