About the Position
We're seeking a Scrum Master for the main Swedish public transportation company to ensure efficient project management and team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives)
- Support the Product Owner in defining and prioritizing backlog items
- Remove impediments and ensure the team follows Scrum practices
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
