Description of the Position

As an SDR Manager, you will be at the heart of our commercial strategy, with a direct impact on performance and collective success. Your mission: to inspire, coach, and grow your team while contributing to the optimization of our processes.

Responsibilities

🚀 Management & Leadership

Supervise, train, and develop the SDR team's skills (shadow calls, crash tests, coaching sessions).
Organize motivating rituals: weekly points, pipeline reviews, coaching sessions.
Develop and enrich call scripts and prospecting sequences.

📈 Strategy & Performance

Manage individual and collective objectives (appointments set, pipeline generated, contribution to booking).
Monitor key KPIs and optimize tools to maximize efficiency.
Propose improvements to our processes and boost performance.

🔍 Operational & Data-Driven

Actively participate in BDR meetings and occasionally with Sales Engineers.
Ensure data quality and implement clear and effective reporting.

Requirements

Competencies & Experience

3 to 5 years of experience in SDR or Business Development.
Proven experience in managing and coaching junior profiles.
Mastery of CRM and sales automation tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Calendly...).
Solid understanding of qualification techniques and performance analysis.
Experience in software publishing (mandatory), knowledge of fintech/electronic billing (advantage).
