Search Client Success Manager

As a Client Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for ensuring their satisfaction and success with our marketing services. You will work closely with our internal teams to deliver outstanding results, provide strategic guidance, and foster strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day relationship management of a group of existing clients and the successful onboarding and management of new clients.
Proactive consulting for key accounts, providing expert advice on media planning and strategy.
Understanding of client needs and expectations, oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of client's performance across multiple platforms. Effectively present information, respond to questions, and follow up on inquiries from clients.
Proactively monitor campaign performance and develop strategies for improved engagement in collaboration with the business development team and cross-department.
Troubleshoots and resolves issues by working with internal and client teams.
Guide clients to maximize their ROI and upsell.

Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in Media Buying / User Acquisition, PPC, Media Planning experience.
Deep knowledge of advertising on search platforms Google and Microsoft.
Experience working with monthly budgets of $50k+ (media buying or proactive management).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Understanding of tracking implementation - app/web.
Experience in client support, scaling, and growth hacking.
Daily communication with clients, including online calls.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
Structured approach to work, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and with a strong desire to develop in the field of client work.
Advanced or higher English language proficiency.

Certifications: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads certifications.
