About the Position
Sectoral experts on judiciary to support the development of Ukraine's Anti-Corruption Strategy and Program for the period of 2026-2029 (3 positions)
The EU Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI) is seeking sectoral experts on judiciary to support the development of Ukraine’s Anti-Corruption Strategy and Program for the period of 2026-2029. This is an opportunity to contribute to the fight against corruption in Ukraine by providing expert analysis and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Analytical Work: Prepare an analytical report on existing corruption risks in the judiciary.
- Drafting Proposals: Jointly prepare first drafts of structured proposals for related parts of the new Strategy and State Anti-corruption Program (SACP).
- Consultations: Provide expert input and consultations regarding related parts of the new Strategy and SACP.
- Public Discussions: Participate in public expert discussions of related parts of the new Strategy and SACP.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in analytical work in the sphere of the judiciary and/or anti-corruption.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in policy analysis.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Ukrainian.
- Profound sense and personal culture of integrity.
- Additional Advantage: Experience in implementing or participating in international donor-funded projects or activities related to the judiciary.
Timeline
- Commencement Date: Date of signature of contracts with the selected service provider(s).
- Duration: Minimum of 30 days per expert, with the total duration of the contract till 30 June 2026.
