About the Position
Sectra - Key Account Manager
Sectra Danmark is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to develop long-term customer relationships and create business value for both customers and the company. The role is central to Sectra's continued growth in Denmark and involves close collaboration with some of the country's key players in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening Sectra's business with existing and new customers in Denmark. You will work strategically with your customers and focus on understanding their organization, business goals, and future needs so that Sectra can deliver solutions that create long-term value.
You will be responsible for the commercial relationship with customers and work closely with both internal specialists and customers' organizations.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Identifying, developing, and executing the sale of Sectra's solutions and services to new and existing customers
- Building and developing long-term relationships with key individuals at customers
- Driving business development and creating growth in collaboration with customers
- Acting as project sponsor on implementation projects
- Monitoring market developments, including the organization of the healthcare sector, political agendas, and relevant regulatory issues
- Ensuring a solid understanding of Sectra's solutions and value creation for customers
The position involves a high degree of customer contact, and you will spend a significant amount of your time in dialogue with customers and partners.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with experience in project sales and strategic account management who thrives in working closely with customers over an extended period.
You are business-oriented and have a good understanding of complex organizations and decision-making processes. At the same time, you are able to build trusting relationships and navigate larger projects with many stakeholders.
Additionally, we envision that you:
- Have experience with complex solution sales or project sales
- Have good negotiation skills and solid contract understanding
- Are structured and have an eye for detail
- Have strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Are robust and thrive in dialogue with many different stakeholders
- Have a good understanding of IT and technology-based solutions
Knowledge of the healthcare sector and the regional organization in Denmark is an advantage but not a requirement.
