Your Responsibilities

Security is our top priority – for us as well as for you!

In the Group Security department, we are committed to ensuring the safety of our employees, customers, and company assets. Our dedicated team works proactively to identify potential risks and take appropriate measures to ensure the integrity and smooth operation of business processes:

• Independently conducting and documenting internal investigations of security-related incidents.
• Analyzing and evaluating security-related information and identifying perpetrator structures, risk factors, and vulnerabilities.
• Planning and conducting investigative measures, interviews, and on-site investigations domestically and internationally.
• Preparing comprehensive investigation reports and deriving action recommendations.
• Developing and implementing measures to prevent merchandise loss and property damage (Loss Prevention).
• Close collaboration with internal departments as well as external authorities and partners.
• Contributing to the optimization of security processes, prevention concepts, and investigation standards.

Requirements

• You have a completed vocational training or degree in security, business, law, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have experience in investigations, loss prevention, fraud prevention, corporate security, or a similar role.
• Ideally, you have a professional background in the police, a government agency, or corporate security.
• You are characterized by analytical thinking and a structured and discreet working style.
• You impress with a high sense of responsibility and a professional handling of sensitive information.
• You are interested in topics such as retail security, supply chain security, and loss prevention.
• You have good German skills and basic English skills.
• You are proficient in using common MS Office applications.
