Security Manager (m/w/d)

We are seeking a Security Manager for our Diehl Defence team in Überlingen, responsible for strategic security planning and implementation.

Responsibilities

For the Überlingen site, you will contribute to the strategic planning, design, and implementation of new buildings, renovations, and modernizations, and develop appropriate security measures.
You will be responsible for creating and updating security concepts, which you will implement according to the guidelines of the security authorities.
You will advise and support on large projects regarding security requirements and their implementation, and conduct security analyses and risk assessments.
Your area of responsibility also includes the planning and maintenance of security systems.
Additionally, you will coordinate with authorities and internal interfaces.

You hold a successfully completed degree in Security and Safety Engineering, Security Management, or a comparable field, and have several years of experience in this professional field.
You are familiar with the creation of structural and technical security concepts and possess a basic understanding of building regulations and safety-related standards and guidelines.
You also have extensive knowledge in the areas of access control, video systems, and emergency alarm systems.
Your analytical thinking, structured approach, and high level of discretion complete your profile.
