About the Role and Mission

We are seeking a Security Operations Analyst II to join our Cybersecurity team, focusing on email, infrastructure, and endpoint protection, as well as expertise in security solutions such as PAM, EPM, MDM, E-mail Security, and XDR.

Daily Responsibilities

• Operate security tools, handle incidents, and implement strategic projects for the institution, ensuring endpoint and email security, regulatory compliance, process optimization, and infrastructure risk mitigation.

Required Skills

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields;
• Daily use of AI tools for process optimization;
• Definition and implementation of cybersecurity controls for email, endpoints, and mobile devices;
• Experience with internal and external audits, such as PCI DSS and SOX;
• Knowledge of market security tools, such as PAM, EPM, MDM, XDR, and Email Security;
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
• Knowledge of scripting and programming;
• Proficiency in Infrastructure As Code (IAC) and Terraform;
• Understanding of the Least Privilege concept;
• Proficiency in English.

Desirable Skills

• AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure (AZ-900 or SC-900) certifications, and similar;
• Advanced or Fluent English.
