Our client, eu-LISA, is the European Union Agency responsible for operating large-scale IT systems that help keep Europe safe and support cooperation in areas like security, migration, and justice. Civitta provides temporary workers to eu-LISA.
About the Job
We are looking for a Security Policy and Coordination Assistant in the Security Policy and Coordination Sector.
The position is based in Tallinn, Estonia. It is primarily an on-site role with the possibility of hybrid working, in line with eu-LISA’s policies.
The Security Policy and Coordination Sector (SPCS) develops and coordinates eu-LISA’s security governance framework, ensuring compliance with the EU regulatory framework, international standards, and industry best practices. The Sector works closely with internal and external stakeholders, supports security and business continuity networks, and contributes to the Security and Continuity Strategy through policy development, audit support, compliance reporting, and annual planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate eu-LISA’s security governance framework
- Ensure compliance with the EU regulatory framework, international standards, and industry best practices
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Support security and business continuity networks
- Contribute to the Security and Continuity Strategy through policy development, audit support, compliance reporting, and annual planning
Requirements
- Advanced level of English proficiency
